Sparring partner and business coach for women who want to successfully master the challenges of their demanding management position with confidence, inner strength and success. 

As a long-standing manager with an additional view from a human resources perspective, I am very familiar with the high demands placed on managers. These have increased further in recent years due to the increasing complexity of management tasks, the tension between the needs of employees and the company as well as unforeseeable external factors. This makes it all the more important to follow your own path in complex and difficult situations with inner strength, courage and vision.

Could this be you?

You are an executive. A woman in a demanding leadership position. You have high expectations of yourself not only of your performance in and for the company but also in your private life, too, with family and friends. You have values that you stand by. You want to remain authentic. You see the social and economic challenges in your environment and accept them, even if this often demands a lot of your strength and energy.

And then there are these key moments. You are confronted with situations that challenge you emotionally: indirect or direct conflicts, the question of how best to behave in complex power structures or how to deal with cultural differences within the company. You have the impression that your outstanding achievements as a manager are not being recognized. You are reluctant to apply for top management positions, to become "visible" and therefore also "vulnerable".

Especially in these moments, you want a sparring partner at your side - and perhaps also a community of colleagues with whom you can exchange ideas in a trusting, protected space - and with whom you can gain and implement new insights.

It is a matter close to my heart to encourage other women in management positions to go their own way with confidence and awareness of their strengths. Because this is how they will be effective and successful in their company - both in their own country and internationally.
