What is important to you?
I am convinced that every manager can follow their own individual and successful path if they trust in themselves, their skills and their strengths. And if they are open to their own growth - out of their comfort zone.
There are different ways in which we can work together. In the four-month international Masterclass program for female executives and an accompanying individual 1:1 business coaching. Or in an independent 1:1 VIP Business Coaching.
Companies have the opportunity to take advantage of a variety of tailored offers that strengthen and promote their women in management positions.
An appreciative and trusting relationship is important for any collaboration. Openness and feedback are just as important as self-reflection. In my coaching sessions, I focus on your strengths (of which you may not yet be aware). I would be happy to explain more about the nature of our collaboration and coaching in an introductory meeting.
